Charming villa located on the golf course of Mogador, Villa Lucia is the perfect place for a holiday in Essaouira. Only a few minutes drive from the city centre, the house overlooks the lake and the golf course, and is only 3 minutes walk from the golf academy.

 

Inside the villa, you will discover a dining room that can accommodate 8 guests, a TV lounge with a flat screen, CD player, and a second large living room that leads onto the terrace. The functional kitchen will provide you with a wide choice of equipment (dishwasher, refrigerator, hob...).

 

The house offers 3 double bedrooms, with beds of 160cm wide, armchairs and each room has its own bathroom with shower. Note that the master bedroom has a shower and a bathtub.

 

You will also have a children's room with bunk beds that sleeps 6, a play area, and a bathroom with 2 sinks and walk-in shower. If necessary, you can also have a crib, a high chair, and a stroller. Adjoining the children's room, and sharing its bathroom, is another double bedroom with 2 twin beds (convertible into a double bed).

 

Outside, in addition to enjoying the enchanting setting of the property, you can laze on the sun loungers, arranged around the pool, heated with a blanket, and the terrace, as well as on the rattan eggs, where you can spend a quiet moment reading a book. You will also find two other terraces: one, with a rattan lounge with 6 seats, and the other, facing South, fitted with a large table for 12 people and a plancha with furniture to prepare grilled meats.

 

Ghislaine, the maid, is responsible for the maintenance of the house, the preparation of meals and table services (€20 until 17:00 with supplement of €10 for the evening service), and all services related to your comfort. She can sleep on site, near the children's room (supplement 100 Dhs / evening and night).
